The Outcome
When the Bataan Death March was over, nearly 18,000 to 20,000 prisoners of war were dead. Soldiers died from illness, malnutrition, and starvation butmost of them were murdered by Japanese soldiers. Also, after the Batan march, General Homma was put on trial for the crimes that were comitted during the march.
